All Souls Night in Glasgow – Màiri at Home series

Màiri is a triumph, she’s home in Glasgow for Halloween and it’s a scream. With a murder apparently on their doorstep, Màiri sets out to save Andy from being arrested.

I thoroughly loved everything from Granny’s appearances to the local lingo and the quirkiness and fun, Bravo!

Very well written, great insight into the Glasgow twang too, the author kindly explains the vocabulary very well for the reader. It’s a perfect example of an easy, funny, feel-good imaginary story. Loved it !

Hunt’s First Three Cases – Huntingdon Hart Investigates series

I enjoyed each of the 3 cases Hunt investigated, they are quick, clever reads. This box set is perfect for a binge-read to appreciate Hunt at his best. He’s smart, good-looking and a clever sleuth. But … His best characteristic is his love and adoration for the mature woman!

I can’t wait to read more about him and his cases, bring it on, please, Kate!

Thanksgiving in Welcombe Bay – Sweets by the Sea #1

A captivating novel that beautifully combines the themes of recovery, redemption, and forgiveness.

Darroch navigates sensitive topics with a delicate yet realistic approach, leaving readers deeply moved and inspired.

The blossoming romance between Eric and Lily is a testament to the healing power of empathy, understanding, and faith.

What sets this heartwarming book apart is how it seamlessly integrates Christian values into the storyline.
